Tony Dibbin began his broadcasting career 15 years ago right here in his hometown of Swansea. 
This summer Bay Radio are delighted to bring Tony home to Wales as the host of the all new Bay Breakfast Show.

Tony has worked for radio stations all over the UK & London and can't wait to get back on the air where it all began.

Since leaving South Wales for national hit music station Atlantic 252 as a fresh faced 18 year old much has happened.

He's got married, bought a house, divorced, sold a house!
Tony is now engaged to miss right and has a 7 year old daughter called Lara who lives in London & thinks she's really 17!!

Tony's misson – to make sure the good folk of South Wales get a proper wake up call at long, long last!

There are soooo many!!  Black Eyed Pea's at the O2 was amazing but I think the best so far has to be Robbie Williams at Slane Castle, Ireland.

What’s the best thing about having your own show on Bay Wales?
I get to do what I love everyday and they pay me for it.
I also love the team here at Bay Wales which makes it even more enjoyable to be part of something special.

Who would your ideal guest be?
Simon Cowell, so we could put to bed the issue of do I or don’t I look like him.

What’s your favourite ‘wake-up and get the breakfast on’ track?
That’s a tough one, I got two for you – Dancing in the street, the Mick Jagger version or Queen Don’t stop me now!

What’s your favourite Sunday morning track?
Anything by Stevie Wonder

What’s your favourite ‘getting ready to go out’ track?

LIFE IN SOUTH WALES

What’s your favourite place in South Wales:
Love the Mumbles.... Too many memories of growing up here!! All those my age will remember Cinderella's nightclub at that tomato shaped thing where the taxi's used to pick us up from!

Favourite drinking hole in Swansea:
Probably Oceana or generally anywhere down Wind Street to be fair!

Favourite restaurant:
I have many, most of them are along Walters Road and serve lamb madras!

Favourite place to get away from it all in town:
Mumbles

Favourite thing to do in Swansea:
People watch or go for a nice walk along Oysermouth Bay.

Favourite place to go shopping:
This is difficult, girlfriend likes the city – I quite like Trostre since they've done the place up!

Favourite West End show you’ve seen in London:
Phantom of the Opera by a million miles.

Tell us a little known fact about this glorious place of ours:
In the old days Swansea's nickname was Copperopolis

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
It’s not who listens that will decide your success – it’s those who remember listening…
That’s in my mind every minute of every show.

Who do you call when you get good news?
My mum, she’s so used to me phoning when I’ve been fired a bit of good news will do her good.

What were you like at school?
