When he's not on the radio, Jay's also a keen actor, popping up on a number of TV shows and movies made in Wales and further beyond. He says his best moment was working on "Edge of Love" - the movie biopic of Dylan Thomas' life fearuing Hollywood stars Keira Knightley, Sienna Miller, Mathew Rhys and Cillian Murphy.

Jay says "I love presenting and meeting new people, in fact when I was younger I was always told off for talking to much. When I am not on air you can probably find me checking out the latest movie, on a Television set, a charity funraiser or enjoying the odd drink (or two) with friends. I enjoy new challenges, and meeting some great characters".
