Hi I'm Helen & I'm delighted to be part of Bay Radio. I am a profesional singer and I have toured the world singing and the Swansea Valley. Music is such a huge part of my life so to get the chance to play such great classic songs that we play on Bay Radio makes me a very happy person. Can you imagine having a job where you get to play great songs and talk? Now that is my other favourite thing. In fact the only thing I used to get into trouble for when I was young was that I talked too much and I still do!

The other things in my life that I am very passionate about is Rugby. I was brought up on it and it has never left me and working on Bay Radio I have met many of the Welsh Rugby stars of today and the legends that I grew up watching and when I met my childhood hero recently, that was my best moment..... it was JPR Williams! Nice guy too.

Oh there is one other thing that I am passionate about and thats eating, eating and more eaitng and the ocassional visit to the gym out of guilt!  I don't think my plan of getting back into my size 10 is working. What I am I doing wrong? Did I tell you I love chocolate?

As well as my Sunday morning show where you get to choose your favourite love songs, I also go out and about in Swansea at launches and special events, you could call me a Swansea Anneke Rice! I love this as I get to meet loads of fabulous people.
